- How do I book my transfer?
Booking a transfer is very easy, you can either book your transfer using our online booking system or by the 24 hour telephone hotline.
When booking, do I need a credit card?A credit card is not required when booking one of our offers. Please pay the driver in cash when starting your journey.
How do I find my driver?Your driver will wait for you in the arrival hall of the airport carrying a sign with your name on it. If you want to get picked up at your hotel, you will be called for at the hotel reception by your driver.
What to do if I do not get picked up?If this very unusual case should occur, we request you to inform us by phone. We will work on solving your problem as quickly as possible.
